Serenity Paws ships to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery

We offer Standard Shipping ($6 flat rate, free on orders $50+) and Express Shipping ($14). Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates only, not guaranteed.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

Lost or delayed packages

Serenity Paws is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has shipped, but we're happy to help track down a lost or delayed order. Contact us at serenitypaws@proton.me with your order number.
